TJ completed our 15,000 mile service while we were traveling. I absolutely loved seeing the details from the cameras I drove through entering the service reception area. Unlike the other Toyota dealerships, their attention to details is head and shoulders above the rest. The video provided by TJ walking around the vehicle explaining what he had completed was phenomenal and very personalized. The follow-up by Joel Love is the best I've experienced in 50+ years of driving. Keep in mind I've been driving exotic cars for the past few vehicles (Five) and luxury sadans prior. Joel's skills topped that of any service manager I've ever experienced. My hats off to this dealership and leadership. They are DESERVING of ten stars.
